Help with determine if construction is strong enough

The wheels can take 50kg each.
The wood is 7cm by 4,5cm.
Width is 2,3m
Length is 180cm.

The lower part in the picture is where the seats are gona be.

I think its good not to place the wheels on the edges because there is not much weght there.

What do you think? Ok to handle 300kg?

In My "humble Opinion" your platform is not strong enough, neither are the casters.
Your wood beams should be 2X6 inches (15cm X4.5) spaced a foot apart, and assuming your platform is 8X8 feet, you lay on top 2 sheets of 3/4" plywood which will take care of the rigidity of the whole assembly. Use screws NO NAILS.
As for the casters I do with 4 of them only (a good foot inside the perimeter). They are about 12 cm diam. rated at 200kg each)
Two adults+ shell + Overhead MIP+seats yokes etc will bring you well over 500kg +
Better have fewer stronger casters than many light duty ones (more chances of a jammed one)

Your casters may not be up to the task, and with your frame, it may flex a bit.  As Jack said, ideally, it would be better to use thicker wood for the frame, however I think your setup will work OK if you use a good floor grade OSB to cover your frame structure.  The casters would be my biggest concern.  If your weight was balanced across the structure it would be one thing, but you will have more weight on some than others which may cause them to wear out.  Just think what a pain in the butt it will be to have to change out a caster that has gone bad once you have your whole structure sitting on top of it.

I am so thankful this forum exists with all the knowledge.
I had a small feeling about using heavier wood but did not think of any problems with casters.

I will femove all the screws and take the whole structure apart and build a new one with jacks construction.

I will put the small casters on the yoke platform and have them floating inside the other structure. That way it will be perfect using bigger casters because i need the structure to be atleast 33cm in height.

Ive been thinking of how I'm going to make my base for some time. I haven't figured it out, but I think your constriction looks floppy. I know it's going to stay flat and more or less immobile, but it doesn't seem like a very solid base. I'm not sure whether it needs to be more rigid to be honest but yer that's what I think. Not very scientific unfortunately.

My base is 2x6 and 3/4" plywood. Very strong. I opted for no wheels which at some point I may change but for now there is no need to be able to move the sim. Make sure to level the base something  I did not do....

Because i will use the small casters on the yoke platform (adding 5cm in height) i will have to build my base to 38cm.
Will have to use two 15x4,5cm beam stacked ontop of each other to reach that height.

Thinking about it some more, I think if you cover both sides with plywood, it will be strong enough. Pretty much what Bob said.
