6 weeks vacation coming up!
Lets get the solderiron hotted!

Anyone else planning for some progress, and what is next up for completion with your sims?

Hope to complete 2-3 OEM panels!

(Still looking for apu and window heat panel if anyone has it for sale)

Wife is going out of town for the next 2 weeks. (Not technically a vacation, but still...)

At bat:
1. New 180-degree wraparound screen (Old one was a prototype)
2. Fine tune audio mixing for recording
3. New Cabin Announcement system.
4. New prop-sync indicator
5. Replace Caution/Warn light driver

I am following Ray's lead of a few months back and converting a Vertical Card compass. It's in poor condition so i have to do a new image for the gauge face. The
yellow lettering has got wet and the yellow has gone and run down the face in places.
Ray: Can you tell me what is supposed to hold the glass face in place. My one is loose and there does not seem to be a clip arrangement like i have seen on other steam like gauges.

I think you might be able to use rubber cement. Small dabs all around the edge and you should be ok. Any excess will come off easily once it cures a little.

Ray, be sure to take some pictures of your wraparound solution. I want to collect as much ways of doing that when my time comes. :)
