Here is a pic of my new project. I am going gong ho this time with this full motion sim with incredibly lifelike visuals. You can almost feel the wind & rain in your face.

Of course this will be strictly VFR flying until I can incorporate the same technology bats use to fly at night around obstacles.

Eat your heart out Nat! Just try having 360 degrees view with image blending in your visuals  ;D

I like your project, but I will have to say....you should change tailors. That suit is so '70s........1870's that is :)
Less than 4 years to retirement......

Mau,

I can already see a problem.  The FAA and Transport Canada require a "square" airlift. The cylindrical unit you have shown us won't get government approval for flight, even with a simulator.  Sorry for the info but rules are rules

Where have you been? It will be listed in the Experimental Simulator category where everything is allowed as long as you don't carry passengers.
