Hello all

I am new to this building scene and have been trying to get a twin cockpit together for a while. I have FSX installed on my server machine (Vista 64) and have two clients running wide fs so that each runs seperate software, one with plan g moving map and the other with project magenta GA ifr panel.
Currently I have purchased the Leo Bodnar BBI so that I can run some controls for the PM panel. I am trying to find some software that will allow me to attach the BBI card to my xp client machines as my vista machine does not want to play ball with the card.

Has anyone used software that will allow push button, rotary encoder and potentiometer inputs to be run on a client so that the other software can be controlled from the client machine.
any help would be most welcome

Thanks and regards

You need to take a look in the FSUIPC documentation. It will do it. I can't help because I have not done it in a LONG time, but it can be done.

I believe wideFS and FSUIPC will take care of that. Don't think it handles pots on clients though, just buttons and encoders.

hello and thanks to both for the reply, I have both of those bits of software. I think I need to spend the day going through the paperwork with them.

Many thanks again
